You’ll be staying in a peaceful, family‑friendly neighborhood surrounded by beautiful walking trails, open spaces, and parks perfect for kids. The area is quiet, safe, and ideal for enjoying Colorado’s outdoors. Despite the tranquil setting, you’re just minutes from Downtown Parker, with its great restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and local shops. You’ll also be a short drive from Sky Ridge Hospital and have quick access to I‑25, making it easy to reach Denver, Castle Rock, and the mountains.

This 2 BR luxury suite is located in a $1.5M home on the lower level with a private entrance, patio, large deck, and ample parking. This is a large private unit (~1500 sq. ft.) located on 2 acres in a rural setting, but minutes to restaurants and I-25 & Lincoln Ave. There is a private pickleball court on the property available upon request. We frequently host guests visiting Denver, Colorado Springs, and the acclaimed IVF facility in nearby Lone Tree. Guests find this a very desirable property.

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

You’ll have a private entrance and beautiful views of Fox Hill open space where you can often catch glimpses of fox, coyotes, owls, hawks, eagles and deer. Sit around the fire pit, or on your private patio outside. Take a walk on our park trails and enjoy Rocky Mountain and reservoir views. Relax in the hammock as the ponies, mini donkeys and goats graze nearby or walk along the dirt road and watch the beautiful sunsets over Mt. Blue Sky. You’ll be a 5 minute drive from quaint downtown Parker with unique shops and restaurants to explore, the 40 mile Cherry Creek Bike Trail and nearby Castlewood Canyon State Park.

Enjoy your stay at this walkout garden level “suite” with private entrance. Sit outside and enjoy the backyard views or cuddle up next to the fireplace inside and relax. You’ll enjoy a large private bathroom with shower, jetted tub, fireplace and heated tile floor. Large closet for those longer stays. We are close to downtown Parker for those that like a good walk. You’ll have the downstairs patio/deck furniture and bbq to yourself.
