Always wanted to sleep in a unique place? Then come to B&B de Slaaploods. This former carpentry factory has been converted into a luxury loft with its own entrance, private terrace and parking. All amenities are under one roof, in a large cozy space, which is entirely at your disposal. So you don't have to share the bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Optionally, we offer breakfast. In addition to Wi-Fi and TV, there is also a reading corner and games (darts, shuffleboard and board games) are available.

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. Großzügige Ferienwohnung, in traumhafter Lage in Simmerath- Dedenborn, direkt an der Rur gelegen. Unser Haus ist optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen auf dem Eifelsteig, rund um den Rursee und im Nationalpark. Vom eigenen Balkon aus haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf die Rur. Vor Ort bei uns müssen Sie ab 01.01.2025 eine Übernachtungsabgabe bar an uns entrichten. Sie besteht aus 5% des Buchungspreises. Dieser Betrag muss von uns 1:1 an die Gemeindes Simmerath weitergegeben werden!

Wenn Ihr eine kleine Auszeit sucht seid Ihr bei uns goldrichtig! Euch erwartet nach Hike oder Bike ? eine moderne und komfortable Wellnesoase. Cocooning total ! Hier könnt Ihr Urlaub machen in reinster Form. Der Dutchtub bietet etwas Abenteuer für gross und klein ( Man muss ihn selber heizen mit Holz und das Feuer beaufsichtigen vielleicht mit nem Aperitif? Insgesamt dauert der Wärmeprozess +-4 Stunden je nach Jahreszeit! Bitte beachten nicht möglich bei Frost. Maximal 1 Hund

"The Break" has been decorated with reclaimed items from our old farmhouse. The calm, the view and the garden area with terrace is its highlight. The apartment is level on the 1st floor. Located at the crossroads between: Aachen(Aachen), Maastricht, Liège. Interest: walking, cycling, craft brewery, mining site, Val Dieu abbey, American cemetery, Valkenburg and Montjoie (Monschau) are worth a visit. Essentials provided, bed linen not (extra charge).

Cozy and comfortable Our Caravan has been transformed into a colorful paradise. Wonderful beds, a built-in real toilet, a gas stove, a veranda... With a lot of attention and love, we have renovated and furnished the space, so that a pleasant accommodation space has been created. You have the option to book our wellness separately in the afternoon, between 2 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. The cost for this is €60.
