Nice little studio with private south-facing terrace. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 with new windows, floors with underfloor heating, new kitchen and bathroom with shower and washing dryer. The apartment is bright and cozy within walking distance to everything and only 750 meters from Slagelse Station. Shared park-like garden for the use of the 7 apartments in the property. Free parking available on the street. Apartment is rented with all kitchen fixtures and electrical appliances as well as various necessities. Minimum stay is 28 days.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

A bright and airy workspace features large, angled windows offering expansive views of the surrounding landscape. Two wooden chairs are positioned at a simple table, with a desk lamp and various books visible on the shelves, creating a serene and inviting environment.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Housing on a natural plot

Stay in the countryside in our 140 m² wooden house. The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, which can be combined into a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, which can be used as needed. Feel free to enjoy our large garden of 15,500 m² with many cozy nooks and a fireplace. We have 15 hens and a rooster that contribute to the rural atmosphere. The house is on one level and has a large, bright living room and a country kitchen. We live in a former cottage on the property.

Discount: 15% for a week 50% for a month Visit the scenic peninsula, Reersø. The town is an old village with thatched houses and farms in the cityscape. There is a marina and fishing port, a charming tavern and a grill bar. Local Brewery with courtyard and several other eateries. The nature on Reersø is completely unique, and you can take a walk along the cliff or visit the beautiful and peaceful beach. If you fish, the peninsula is known for its unique trout waters. The home has a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely view.

The house is 167 sqm, 500 meters to the beach. 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with seating, living/dining room in one. Large conservatory that can be fully opened. Kitchen and 2 bathrooms are renovated in 2025 Stillinge Strand is a blue flag beach awarded to this flag for being a particularly good sandy beach. The small beach town exudes life, with 2 ice cream houses, 3 restaurants, 1 grocery store. All within 500 meters of the house. Take the bus into Slagelse and the train to Copenhagen in 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Includes kitchen/living room with sofa bed, bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom and entrance hall. Small separate garden with a covered terrace. Dogs allowed, however, max 2. Can, by agreement, run loose on the whole property. Smoking in the house is not allowed, but must take place outdoors.
