The tram to Berlin is about a 7-minute walk away, from there by S-Bahn to the city again about 45 minutes, by car you can reach the city center in 30 minutes.

The well-kept attic apartment is located in Petershagen and is easily accessible by S-Bahn – ideal for guests who want to live quietly and still be in Berlin quickly. The apartment is bright, fully equipped and can accommodate up to three guests. It has been used for a long time and shows age-related signs of wear in individual places, but is clean and well maintained. The kitchen is modern and in very good condition. The S-Bahn is about 15 minutes away on foot.

Vacation on the small Stienitz lake

The vacation rental is located on the 1st floor of our two-family house. We live in the lower apartment and have a large garden which can be used in summer by arrangement for relaxing and barbecuing. Our 5 hens usually deliver so many eggs that we would be happy to give some away. The view to the north overlooks the small Stienitzsee. Not far from our garden is a public swimming area on the small Stienitzsee on Seestrasse.
