It includes a bedroom with king size box spring bed, a living room with TV, sofa and extra bed. The fully equipped kitchen, a daylight bathroom with shower, as well as DVD player and board games create a feel-good atmosphere. Washing machine in separate room. Bed linen and towels included. Our modern accommodation is located on the sunny side of Vlotho in the Weserbergland. At the top of the Buhn you have a beautiful view of Vlotho. The Weser bike path isat your feet. The property is the perfect base for bike rides, hikes and day trips to the surrounding towns/regions. Spa resorts and various exhibition grounds are not far away. In a few minutes you can reach the A2 and A30 motorways. Shopping and restaurants are close by.

Die sehr schöne,neu renovierte und hochwertig ausgestattete 107qm grosse EG Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage von Vlotho / Uffeln auf der Sonnenseite des Buhn. Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um einen komplett sanierten Resthof in ruhiger Lage und doch nur 1,5 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Unser Haus liegt sehr nah am Weserradweg. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Urlauber, Monteure oder Geschäftsreisende.

Es ist hochwertig möbliert und mit komfortablem Korkboden ausgelegt. Im Sommer ist Gartennutzung möglich, es gibt einen Parkplatz und Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Wir wohnen dörflich, die A2 kann mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten erreicht werden.
