Studio apartment at the foot of Wartburg

Entire, independent studio, 52 square meters, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, market and Luther House 10-15 min., Wartburg: about 35 minutes (forest path), train station: about 15 minutes Hiking: The forest begins right behind the house and many hiking opportunities are in close proximity. I am happy to provide tips and information. The windows of the studio face the courtyard, which is partly green and serves (largely) as a parking lot. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby city center (about 6-10 minutes' walk). The surrounding southern quarter is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and is worth seeing for its many Art Nouveau villas alone. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min.) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio (non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people (1.40 m x 2.00 m) on a comfortable sofa bed. Since inquiries keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Linens, towels and hair dryers are provided. Also of course: rinsing utensils/dish towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests arriving by car have a private parking space right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on Wednesdays, (arrival Wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school holidays. Note: With the exception of Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just let me know your preferred day before arrival.

Quartier 22 - Kontor

Modern, fine and in the middle of it all - the 5* vacation apartment (opened in 2022) with high-end amenities in a completely renovated former blacksmith workshop. The fully equipped "Kontor" apartment - on the upper floor with 74 m² for 4 people is located at an altitude of 440 m on the southern slope of the Thuringian Forest in the winter sports and vacation region of Oberhof. Surrounded by wonderful hiking opportunities, it is also the starting point for numerous tourist highlights in the green heart of Germany.

The villa was built in 1911 by the founding company of the world-famous Anschütz Sportwaffen. Idyllic and comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi and 2 TVs, balcony, large bathroom and free parking right in front of the apartment. The Thuringian Forest, with its numerous hiking trails, is right outside the front door and within 30-45 minutes almost all the sights in Thuringia can be reached (e.g. Wartburg, Inselsberg, Oberhof) There are 3 swimming pools and an indoor pool in the surrounding area.

The estate apartment is located in the rural village of Zeigerheim near Rudolstadt. A spacious living room and bedroom invite you to a cozy glass of wine and pleasant hours. The garden and terrace complete the countryside vacation. You can't enjoy country life more beautifully.

Elegant suite in a small city villa. From the living room you enter a beautiful bedroom through the stylish double door. Very large, modern bathroom, large kitchen and charming loggia. Small apartment of about 60 square meters. It has a living room, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, as well as one with 2 single beds), spacious kitchen with counter and bathroom. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. Guests have a cozy terrace at their disposal and the garden can also be used. A grill is of course available.
