The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Lovely newly renovated apartment on the ground floor with two terraces with several seating areas. Living room and kitchen in one with a brand new kitchen and all the kitchen equipment you need. Nice sofa set with electric fireplace for extra coziness. Dining table with plenty of space. Everything fits together and is brand new. Large lovely windows with door to lovely morning terrace on one side and lovely covered terrace with dining area and lovely lounge area on the other. New bathroom with shower. Our summer cottage is located in a naturally beautiful and tranquil area, only 10 minutes' walk from the water. The house is spacious and filled with natural light. All rooms and the kitchen have been newly renovated. It spans 80 m2, the wooden terrace is 90 m2 and the garden 1000 square m2. It is very secluded from neighbors. In the garden, you'll find a large trampoline, football goals, swings, hideouts, and bunk beds for both children and adults.
