This is a great stopover for people flying from East Midlands airport as it's a mere 10 minute drive, the M1 and M42 motorways can be reached in minutes, it's a central location for cities such as Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and Birmingham, also close to Loughborough which is a great for visiting students. Cyclists can step out of the front door onto the NCN 6 route which leads onto the cloud trail which goes all the way to Derby. Walkers will be spoilt for choice only being minutes away from the famous Bradgate Park, Calke Abbey and Staunton Harold.

This beautiful newly converted 'Garden Room' is in Toton (between Nottingham & Derby) just 5 mins from the M1. Less than 2 min from the Tram stop, where there is free parking and a day ticket only £5.00 There is a living area & a separate bathroom. It has a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, oven, hob, toaster & kettle. This fully insulated suite has Air-Con, heaters, a large shower, Smart TV, WiFi, working/eating space, & access via locked gates on the driveway, with free off street parking.

The Mill

Grade II listed former brewery mill with a southfacing private courtyard garden. Rate is for 3 rooms - two doubles and a single (5 guests) - not all four rooms (up to 7). Please contact us if you would also like to book the master room with ensuite and we will confirm a rate. NB: This bathroom is shared by the 3 rooms not ensuite, shower is over the bath. The Horseshoe Lodge Beautiful lodge with sauna

Well equipped lodge in private grounds at Breedon on the Hill. Super cosy and insulated for winter breaks. Great walks, riding if you bring your horse, or for some peace, quiet and self isolation. Lodge has large bedroom en-suite with a separate shower, jacuzzi bath and sauna. Wonderful open plan kitchen dining and living room with exceptional views and private decking. Charming character cottage - 2 bedrooms

Charming cosy character cottage tastefully renovated and opened to our first guests in March 2018. Located within a 2 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, restaurants & shops. It has an open plan kitchen, living room with log burner, 2 bedrooms (1 with a king size bed and 1 with a double bed) and a shower room (no bath). Outside there is a shared backyard and to the front of the property there is a shared picnic area.

Welcome to Chapter Two - Melbourne, located in the heart of Melbourne village. The church was built in the mid 1800’s and converted into several cosy dwellings over 30 years ago. The church has been fully renovated to provide an unique and unforgettable stay for up to 5 people. Fantastic range of restaurants, shops and pubs, all on the door step. Perfectly located to explore some of south Derbyshires most beautiful sights, Calke Abbey, Staunton Harold, Donington Race track are all nearby.
