Welcome to our vacation home, which we also use ourselves. Our aim in the complete renovation last year was to combine form, function and sustainability. I rent out a 60 m² apartment with 3 rooms for 4 people. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a solid wood house built in 2016 at the end of a cul-de-sac (no through traffic). Kitchen amenities include dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and Senseo as well as coffee pods, tea and spices. In the bathroom (with shower & toilet) you will find fresh bath and hand towels as well as a hairdryer. Chairs and a table are available for the outdoor area.

Country house apartment in the beautiful Franconian Lake District

We rent out part of our house with plenty of open space in Franconian Lake District. There is room for a whole family or several friends. We live right next door and are available for all questions. A very good inn with beer garden is about 50 meters from us. Lake Große Brombachsee is about 10 km away with a beautiful sandy beach. Baggerweiher is about 2 km away. An important change: Dogs are no longer allowed, because of the sheep!
