The Whistle House

Be Our Guest at The Whistle House our building was built in 1906. It was home to Whistle Soda Bottling Company. We have renovated the apartment in the building. Relax and Enjoy! We have WIFI, 2 Smart TV's among everything else you could need. Katy depot is .08 miles for Katy trail riders. We are close to downtown, Ozark Coffee is .05 miles, Lamy building .03 miles which has Bistro No. 5 & Bar, Foundry 324 Event Center. We would love for you to stay with us. Billy & Christene Meyer.

Our spacious camper is lake front with a gorgeous Cove view, sitting on our quiet, peaceful, private property on a private road. No sharing our space, and a 200 ft walk (across from camper) to the water, enjoy our dock with amenities, shady green space by the water, or the outdoor kitchen, patio and firepit at the camper. The Ranch Guest House/Warsaw, MO Great View!

This house sits in the middle of a large cattle ranch. It provides spectacular views of rolling hills and has a large creek that runs through the property. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located within minutes of Truman Lake and Lake of the Ozarks. It sits directly off of a main highway and has parking areas for boats & trailers. House includes all basic amenities, including washer/dryer, smart TV's and Wi-Fi. The house is an older farm house, but is spacious and clean.

Camper at Highland Hills

Enjoy camper life on our a hill overlooking the Lake of the Ozarks. We have 5 friendly Katahdin hair sheep (including a new baby who joined us in spring of 2025!) that mow some of our acreage for us, and they would love for you to come scratch them through the fence. If we're around, we can bring out some grain for you to feed them by hand as a treat! We also see lots of wildlife and spectacular sunsets over the water. This is a smoke-free and pet-free unit.

This spacious apartment has 1 bedroom with queen bed. It has a comfortable living room with sleeper sofa that folds out to a full size bed and Hulu tv, well-equipped kitchen, and outside covered porch with table and chairs , Wi-Fi available. Located 2.5 miles from Truman State Park Marina, approximately 6 miles from downtown Warsaw where you will find beautiful bike and walking trails.
