A large kitchen/dining/living area is perfect for entertaining. There is a large covered deck off the main level that has a spectacular views. In the basement there is a large game room with a wet bar and pool table. The lower patio has a 7-person hot tub. The loft area features an additional large room above the garage.

Beautiful home in a residential neighborhood on the West Side of Rapid City. Perfect for families and gatherings. Access to a two car garage, above ground pool, trampoline, large outdoor deck, fire pit, and a grill that’s available when the weather permits. The house is almost 80 years old and there are some features that are still from the 50s and we like those. If you're looking for a totally updated house, this house might not be for you. Pool opening and closure depends on weather.
