A 15-20 minute drive to several major canyons, right near TopGolf, the Jordan River Parkway, and Gardner Village. Enjoy the 65-inch tv in the living room, a 55-inch tv in the master bedroom and King Dream Cloud bed in the master. Two car garage, and very fast wifi connection. Cozy basement suit in a quiet neighborhood

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.
