Air-conditioned Zen loft, with its furnished terrace, parking, perfect for 2 people Max. Close to the city center, 500 m from the lake, beaches (free bus to beaches in summer) and 200 m from the bike paths. (possibility to rent 2 bikes, with helmets and locks at the price of €8/day/person, discounted prices, contact me). Les Villas du Lac offers a swimming pool, tennis, children's games, mini golf, sports field, restaurant, laundry, bike rental. Close to the lake (300 meters) and the beach (1200 meters), our 50 m2 3-bedroom salt villa is ideally located. The forest is directly accessible when leaving the residence. Situated near Hossegor lake (500m) and near Seignosse beaches (700 from Estagnot beach), this studio flat is perfect for two people. Its balcony has a nice view over the pine trees. 5 minutes walk from convenience stores (bakery, restaurants, supermarket...). Its configuration: little room (bed 140cm, )bright living room (1 sofa) and balcony with table, equipped kitchen (nespresso machine, fridge, electric hob, micro wave, ...), shower room with toilets.

Salty Woods Lodge is a brand new design villa in Soustons plage where you can enjoy nature and architecture. The villa is located at walking distance from the beach, next to the lake and the golf course. You can walk or bike to the centre of Vieux Boucau, where you can find restaurants and shops. Weekly rental: from Saturday to Saturday (in high season). Max. 12 people (kids included). Under no circumstances it is allowed to add people.

T2 on the 1st floor with open views of the sea lake. You can watch the sunsets from the covered terrace overlooking the unoverlooked lake. The mall (all shops, restaurants, boutiques, grocery stores, etc.) is a 10-minute walk from the apartment and the ocean is 30 minutes away. It is equipped with a living room with sofa bed, bedroom with twin beds, kitchen, shower room. The accommodation is fully equipped except linens and towels.

Relax in this quiet and cozy studio located above our house in Soustons, equipped with all modern comforts. You will see the lake through the trees and the small stream that passes in front of the house. You will have at your disposal a large terrace of 30 m2 entirely private. You will surely meet our Tuscan kitten who is very curious. Workspace: Thanks to an ethernet connection with fiber optics, you can work in a nice setting.
