Air-conditioned Zen loft, with its furnished terrace, parking, perfect for 2 people Max. Close to the city center, 500 m from the lake, beaches (free bus to beaches in summer) and 200 m from the bike paths. (possibility to rent 2 bikes, with helmets and locks at the price of €8/day/person, discounted prices, contact me). The loft includes a Japanese staircase with staggered steps, which can be complicated for people with reduced mobility. (see photos of the staircase)

In the heart of old-Boucau, beautiful full-foot apartment located in a bourgeois house inhabited by a family of 5 people. Possibility of accommodating up to 5 people. (but the ideal is to be 1, 2, 3 or 4) Two bedrooms, kitchen area, dining area, relaxation area, a covered terrace and a 40 m2 terrace. NO COMMON SPACE WITH US. There's no TV. The toilets are outside but this is not a problem most of the time RENTAL minimum 7 days during the holidays.
