Enjoy this charming 48 m2 vacation home located in Soustons beach (Lac de Vieux-Boucau 500 m away and Soustons beaches 1.5 km away) that can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located close to the beaches, the lake and the 9-hole Pinsolle golf course. This small peaceful haven is located in a holiday residence, totally secure with swimming pool and paddling pool (open mid-May to end of September), 3 tennis courts, mini-golf, city park, bowling alley, children's playground.

Air-conditioned Zen loft, with its furnished terrace, parking, perfect for 2 people Max. Close to the city center, 500 m from the lake, beaches (free bus to beaches in summer) and 200 m from the bike paths. Welcome! I suggest you stay in my main house, located in the charming village of Soustons, for your peaceful and pleasant stay in the Landes. Located a 5/10-minute walk from the city center, shops, Lake Soustons, ELeclerc center, and a 15-minute drive from the beaches. I am looking for respectful tenants who care about the well-being of the house in order to preserve this warm space and the cocoon in which I live the rest of the year.
