The entire house features underfloor heating, powered by an energy-efficient heat pump, ensuring optimal comfort year-round. The separate guest house contains two additional bedrooms, each with its own toilet and shower. A shared living area includes a kitchenette with a refrigerator, wine cooler, and dishwasher; however, cooking is not permitted in this kitchenette. Beautifully located cottage in the dunes by Søndervig. The house is heated by solar energy and has underfloor heating throughout the house as well as a heat pump. One room has a double bed. The two single beds in the other room are elevated beds. The house has large wooden terraces around the house, facing both east, south and west. At the annex, there is an outdoor jacuzzi as well as an outdoor shower with hot water. The cottage has a fantastic view over the dunes to the west, which has its charm in all seasons.

Newly renovated holiday apartment in 2026 in the middle of Søndervig city – only 250 meters from the North Sea. Here you live centrally with everything within walking distance, so the car can be left for the duration of the stay. The apartment sleeps 4 people and dogs are welcome. Soak up the sun all day and long, bright evenings through the large window section from the sunny terrace. NOTE: You must bring your own bed linen, towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.
