House on the magnificent beach of Arenal d'en Castell, on the north coast of Menorca. This two storey property has been recently renovated in a sailor design, very in keeping with its beachfront location. On the top floor there is a self contained apartment with separate access which comprises a kitchen, dining room with small terrace and double bedroom with double bed and bathroom. The property has fans on the ground floor and air conditioning in the apartment. Its being rented only together!

Places of interest: Magnificent views of the sea, residential and family atmosphere of Menorca. You will love my space for the views and the proximity to the beach area. My accommodation is good for couples and families (with children). The Horse Trail "Cami de Cavalls" is located a few meters from the house. The house is very comfortable and is conveniently located both for going to the beach and for cycling, it is close to our famous Camí de Cavalls, a beautiful route to enjoy both on foot and by bicycle. Close to Favaritx Lighthouse. To go to the nearest supermarket you have to go to Mahón, it's a 0-minute drive. A car is essential. There are no bus lines.
