It’s located in a unique community with a large private 4,000 m² garden that stretches all the way to the sea. The surrounding area is a marine reserve, ideal for snorkelling.

The property was built in 2007, and has air-conditioned accommodations with a terrace and free WiFi. Our apartment has 2 double bedrooms, 1 with en-suite facilities, and a third bedroom with bunk beds. It benefits from a large balcony area, complete with BBQ and table and chairs overlooking the golf course and only 2 minutes drive to the beach. Both bathrooms have been refurbished in June 2025. The kitchen was refurbished in February 2026 so there will be a brand new kitchen for the Easter and Summer season 2026.

The house is very comfortable and is conveniently located both for going to the beach and for cycling, it is close to our famous Camí de Cavalls, a beautiful route to enjoy both on foot and by bicycle. Close to Favaritx Lighthouse. To go to the nearest supermarket you have to go to Mahón, it's a 0-minute drive. A car is essential. There are no bus lines.
