Stunning modern villa, one minute from the beach

Villa Linda has been my family's summer house for more than 50 years. The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail. The 250m² house is located in a spacious 1000m² garden with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue. All details have been taken care of: a great living room-kitchen of 70m², with all amenities, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with en-suite bathrooms), and even a private garage.

A spacious dining area features a large wooden table surrounded by matching chairs, with stunning views of the ocean visible through expansive glass doors. The serene blue waters complement the natural light streaming into the room, creating an airy and inviting atmosphere.

CASA MILOS B&B annex with swimming pool by the sea

The brand new Casa Milos annex, which we prefer to reserve for adult guests, is located within the garden of our property, which is a few meters from the sea, along the south coast of the island. The sea view, with the island of Aire and its lighthouse in front of us, and the tranquility are what most characterize this peaceful place. The large windows in every room give light to the entire house, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful sea view.

A pathway of stone slabs leads through a well-manicured lawn surrounded by lush greenery, offering a view of the shimmering sea. Several lounge chairs are positioned to allow relaxation while enjoying the tranquil coastal atmosphere.

The beautiful beach of Binibequer is a 5’ It has two double bedrooms and a study with two sofas with a private sink. The kitchen is completely equipped. The porch has a barbecue and has a table with a capacity for eight people. It has stunning views of the sea!
