Cozy little house in the quiet area of Son Parc. Surrounded by pine trees, it is an ideal place to enjoy your holidays by the sea. It is a few minutes walk from the crystalline Arenal de Son Saura beach, perfect to go with children. It has private parking, barbecue and terrace with sea views and community swimming pools and paddle tennis court. In the area there are little shops, supermarkets and restaurants, as well as the only golf course in Menorca. Just half an hour from Mahón airport, it is in a strategic position to discover the most beautiful corners of the island.

Very elegant apartment, decorated in Menorcan style, well located in Playas de Fornells, close (10-minute walk) to the family beach of Cala Tirant, and with spectacular views of the sea and Cap de Cavalleria. The 3 bedrooms are designed as suites worthy of a boutique hotel: they all have their shower rooms, toilet, dressing room and office area, as well as beautiful windows with unobstructed views, which can be obscured by curtains and shutters. Our typical "casita menorquina" is situated 100m from Cala Blanca, a lovely crystal clear small beach with restaurants and bars. It's located in a very tranquil neighbourhood, inside a small condo with 3 other similar houses sharing a big swimming pool. The house has a big private outdoor area with garden and BBQ facilities and... the best... a rooftop terrace with chill out area and a gorgeous sea/sunset view. The house has 2 rooms with air conditioning.
