“*** Strongly recommended! Amazing stay in this apartment perfect for couple and even with kids (we had one teenager with us and it was perfect)...2 bathrooms, seperated bedroom + one pull out couch to use as second bed. Full kitchen with all accessories and even a dishwashing machine (yeah) 7 minutes walk to market place to do your grocery. 15 minutes walk to Somerset long beach. Few steps from buses routes #7 and #8 that will take you straight to Royal Naval Dockyard (or about 1 hour walk) or Hamilton to experience the city. Few steps away from the famous rail way trail to walk and go explore the area. The garden of the house is gorgeous and big with a view of the sea at one end with long chairs and benches to relax everywhere. You also have a private patio at the apartment. There is a swimming pool with a turtle pond just beside it and the turtles friends were very funny. We used the BBQ many times, just beside the swimming pool, very nice. Cheryl-Ann was a great host, started us up with breakfast items and bus tickets to use, she is very nice and helpfull with local tips. Be sure to rent a scooter at least one day to be able to go everywhere on the island as you please. Even if costly, it's worth it. Have a Bermudaful day!!”
This cozy and contemporary suite maybe the ideal 'home base' for your island adventure, or romantic get-a-way. Our home is located in the west end of the Island, a short distance for the Royal Navy Dock Yard and is just footsteps away from the Bermuda Railway Trail, Somerset Cricket Club, public transportation, & grocery stores.
“Doyle was very friendly and welcoming. His place was really relaxing to come back to at the end of the day, it was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The AC worked very well, even with it being off the whole time we were out (sometimes the whole day) we still came back to a nice, cool apartment. I like that it was equipped with anything you could need for a day at the beach. We took Doyle’s recommendations of Scott’s Bay which is just a short walk away, it was a really nice spot to spend a couple hours later in the evening to take a swim and watch the sunset. The location for us was perfect and everything we needed access to was just a short walk away. I would not hesitate to stay at Doyle’s again on my next visit to Bermuda.”
This beautiful beach front home is just steps away from the lovely Elly's Harbour. A popular spot for viewing turtles, rays and colorful parrot fish. We have kayaks available for exploring the small islands surrounding the harbour - the perfect setting for all ages. Enjoy the views from the roof top sitting lounge outside the home and catch the sunset or BBQ on the deck whilst enjoying the ocean breeze. A true Bermudaful prescription for the perfect summer vacation.
“My girls (2 teenage daughters & my wife) and I really enjoyed our stay at Epic Mist. Loved the property. Really enjoyed getting to know Lesa and Kirkland and Lesa's family. The are outstandingly kind, hospitable people. The property is lovely and well appointed with everything you need. It was spotless and I have to add the air conditioners worked extremely well (we really only used them at night while sleeping). If you are a dog lover, this is the place to stay as they have pride of beautiful Old English Bull Doggees that we feel in love with. Be sure an hit the local food market and stock up as restaurant choices are very limited unless you head to Dockyards or Hamilton. Being able to step out and swim in Ely's Harbor is awesome! Expect us to visit again in the future! Best regards, Patrick D. Freebery & Family”
