We are a 25 minute taxi drive from the airport, 5 minute walk to a grocery store/bus stop and 15 minute walk to stunning Elbow Beach. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with tub/shower, kitchen with full size appliances and washer/dryer. There is a large field with a walking track and an outdoor basketball court across the street, and bus stops are easily accessible. Eve's pond nature reserve is a two-minute walk away and you can get there along scenic walking trails. A mile away is Flatts Village which is home to restaurants, and the Bermuda Aquarium and Zoo. Head east from the bottom of the hill for a 10 minute walk to a grocery store and a 12 minute walk to cycle/car rental (charge port on site). Also at the bottom of the hill is the # 8 bus route. Access to the pink ferry route in a 15 min walk and on your way pick up a coffee and pastry from local coffee shop “Lattes”. For walkers, the Bermuda Railway Trail can be accessed in a 10 min walk.

The unit is within my house, is self-contained, and consists of a bedroom and en-suite bathroom. It has its own entrance via french doors onto the patio and garden. It has a fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee machine. It is air-conditioned, has WIFI and cable TV. Hamilton is only a five minute walk with shops and restaurants, bus station and ferry terminal. The central location makes it a convenient place from which to explore Bermuda.

I am offering a unit consisting of 1 bedroom and separate bathroom in a quiet residential neighborhood. There are so many amenities in my immediate area, bus stops at the end of my lane, 2 grocery stores, a cycle / electric car rental location and a filling station just minutes away. There is also a Pharmacy if you have forgotten to bring an essential item. Please be aware that I have a 3 NIGHT minimum, no exceptions.
