This home is a cozy 120 year old beauty in downtown Paonia. One block south of City park and five blocks from Grand street. Outfitted in contemporary furnishings juxtaposed with antiques. Tall ceilings with ceiling fans throughout for those July nights and a gas fireplace for cool nights. Door code allows guests to show up and move in immediately. A big fenced yard, off street parking and privacy give you what you need for the perfect getaway. Twin beds can be made into a King if you like!
