Welcome to our cozy single-family apartment in a quiet location. There is space for up to two people – even with a dog – in an area of approx. 50 sqm. A private entrance and parking right by the house ensure a relaxing stay. You can get to Soest's old town in about 10 minutes. The well-equipped kitchen, quiet and family-friendly surroundings with a playground very close by, and beautiful walking paths make the accommodation ideal for business trips, city trips and relaxing breaks.

The apartment is a separate self-contained apartment in our residential building. This includes the large living room with fully equipped kitchenette and a spacious daylight bathroom with floor-level shower. From our point of view, the whole thing is barrier-free (ramp in front of the house / wide doors). Via the terrace you can reach our large garden, which you can use (by appointment). The furniture may differ slightly from the photos, but is always very guest-friendly.

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.
