Make yourself at home here in Soest, in this very spacious 107 m² (1,153 sq. ft.) property in the Thönigsen district. 2 floors in the middle of rural nature with a huge roof terrace! Quietly situated in a green area, yet centrally located between the center of Soest and the spa town of Bad Sassendorf, each about 5 km away. There is a bakery, butcher, pharmacy, and shopping options, as well as a gas station, about 1.5 miles away in Oestinghausen. Lake Möhnesee is only 20 km away.
