Apartment in historic building

This unique home is located in the protected Mineral Water Factory in the middle of Carlsberg City and right next to beautiful parks and lovely coffee bars. The apartment is state of the art, but all the soulful touches have been preserved. You will arrive at the apartment via elevator to the 3rd floor and step out into a shared enclosed green courtyard. The apartment has a modern kitchen, bathroom and living room on the lower floor. On the open 1st floor you will find the bedroom where you can enjoy the light of the big windows.

Beautiful and bright apartment overlooking the canal

Nice and stylish 2-bedroom apartment, with double bed and babycrib, as well as 2X floor mattresses. The apartment has everything you need. Bright and spacious with a view of the canal. Sluseholmen is close to most things. In 15 minutes by bus or metro, you will be at City Hall Square/Tivoli. By car it is only 5 min to Bella Center and only 10 min to the airport. Both ferry bus and metro are available from the apartment into the city center. Sluseholmen is a cozy little town just outside the city.

Large apartment on the waterfront in Copenhagen, close to the city centre and Fisketorvet shopping centre. The apartment is less than 8 years old will all amenities including a gas grill on the large balcony as well as a 65” tv with access to US cable TV and Danish streaming channels. The balcony has sun from noon until sunset. Parking is available for a fee with dedicated charger (11 kWh) for EV’s. The apartment is family friendly with a playground located next to the building.

Nice and newly renovated basement of a villa with private entrance. Located close to a Flintholm Metro station. Bedroom with closet, dresser and a small table. New kitchen with stove, oven and fridge. Private bathroom and toilet with access to washer and dryer. The area includes bedroom, kitchen, shower and toilet. There is a livingroom/tv-room that can be shared with the host as agreed. Very central in a quiet neighborhood close to public transportation and a nice park.

Centrally located, spacious luxury apartment, 7th floor. View of the city skyline and great sunsets. Bright and inviting. Swimming in the harbor right by the apartment all year round. Map to artificial beach, the sea a little further away. 10-15 min walk to the city's coziest and most authentic neighborhood, Vesterbro, packed with bars and restaurants. Metro and good restaurants near apartment. Elevator pretty much from the street into the apartment.

This is a beautiful 140 m2, 3 bedroom apartment with a view directly of the water. There are two bathrooms. Two spacious terasses to enjoy the view and sun. There is a new Weber Q3000 gasgrill. Its located just 2 km. from the center of Copenhagen (Rådhuspladsen). Bus 7A is just 300m from the apartment and goes directly to the center. To ensure flexibility the key needs to be picked up at a store close to the central train station.

Lovely apartment by the canal.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space by the Copenhagen Canal. The home is close to the subway, the shopping center Fisketorvet, the harbor bus and within walking distance to the center of Copenhagen, about 30 minutes along the canal. Swimming in the canal is possible. In the bedroom, there is a double bed 180 cm wide and 1 sofa bed in the living room, where there is room for an extra bed.
