Beautiful newly renovated apartment in the middle of Amager with plenty of light. Close to Copenhagen city center and close to the subway. The apartment is in bright colors and has been completely renovated. There are 2 bedrooms with three-quarter beds and a desk with seating. The kitchen is bright and functional with an oven, stove and refrigerator - extremely well equipped. There is also a lovely living room with sofa arrangement and dining table, as well as TV. The bathroom and toilet are at the end of the entrance, which connects the entire apartment, which is located on the ground floor.

Skansehage

Stay on a magical 150 m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° views of the water, its own swimming ladder and 200 meters to the subway. Skansehage is a 32-meter long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry to a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front deck and aft deck with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and living room. Below deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

Apartment 11 min. from CPH city center

Enjoy my lovely bright & modern apartment with Nordic decor. The apartment has a masterbedroom with a double bed, a room with a bed and a private terrace. There is a shared courtyard. The apartment is located by the water and there are plenty of swimming opportunities. At the building you can take the water bus and experience Copenhagen from the water side. The apartment has supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bakeries and transport just around the corner. 11 min. from CPH city center. You will have the apartment to yourselves.

Maritime apartment close to the city center

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. With a location right by the water, close to restaurants and cafes, you will enjoy your stay here. The harbor bus (large yellow boat) departs 5 minutes' walk from the apartment, and it takes you to Copenhagen's tourist attractions. There is street parking that is paid on an hourly basis, but I can offer guest parking on the street for DKK 50/day. The apartment is bright, clean and modern and has a welcoming Martin atmosphere.

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
