Charming year-round house directly on Lake Morzycko – perfect for a romantic getaway or a weekend with friends by the grill. Fully equipped and heated, offering comfort in every season. The lake is in a quiet zone, so you can relax without motorboats or jet skis. A rowboat and kayak are included. Ideal for fishing, forest walks and cycling on the Blue Velo trail, with direct access to the water, dock, beach and forest. Beautiful lake views and peaceful sunsets complete the experience year-round.

Waterfront country house

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

Die Entenkoje bietet euch ein einmaliges Naturerlebnis im Naturpark Märkische Schweiz. Ihr benötigt keinen Führerschein und könnt das Boot ohne Vorkenntnisse fahren. Im Boot erwartet euch ein gemütliches Doppelbett mit Blick auf den Sternenhimmel. An Bord gibt es einen kleinen Gaskocher mit Kaffee, Tee und dem nötigen Zubehör – perfekt für euer Frühstück direkt auf dem Wasser. Bosco is an Italian forest. We were enchanted by the surrounding beech forest, which is part of a nature reserve with two lakes with a beautiful emerald color of water. Located on a glacial site, it enchants the landscape, with year-round colors and stunning views. This place made us want to build a home in natural technology, with an environment designed to make it a pleasure to spend time there.
