You'll be staying in the living room, where the sofa becomes a double bed, with a real mattress on top. The other room is mine, but as I only rent when I am away for work, you will have the flat to yourself. The place is 10 min walk to the Eastside Gallery (Berlin Wall), and between Ostbahnof and Weberwiese metro/train stations.
