Close to Øresund, harbor, beach, Nivå river, forest, several golf courses, Nivågaard collection and the local, popular baker's café Antons (neighbor). 300 meters to the Coastal Railway's train to both Copenhagen and Helsingør (Kronborg and the Maritime Museum). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Louisiana Museum is a 15-minute walk away. Cafés, grocery stores – just 35 minutes by train to Copenhagen.
