The home is located in beautiful surroundings close to the beach and nice opportunities for walking/running in the surrounding area. A truly unique walk is on Thurø Rev. There is an exit from the terrace of the first floor overlooking the water at a distance of 300 meters. The home is on two levels and smaller pets are allowed. The property is located at 5 km distance from Svendborg city centre with a rich cultural life. The house itself is with kitchen/living room and with living room and bedroom on the first floor. The garden fenced so smaller dogs can be in the garden.

Beautiful and spectacular home with large garden close to Copenhagen. The house is architect-designed and sleeps the big family. Inspired by both Japanese and Scandinavian architecture, stepping into the large villa is a very special experience. The villa is especially suitable for families with children and is only a few minutes walk to the station from where there are trains directly to central Copenhagen every 10 minutes. Country house and yet close to village with Super Brugsen and Netto 🛒 Garden and own grass field 🌾 Fibernet (WIFI)🛜 The house contains entrance hall, 1 room on the ground floor, bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room with dining area for 9 people and 3 rooms on the 1st floor.
