Please note that there are steep slopes around the home and the loft railings are spaced too far apart to be baby safe.

Spacious 972 sq ft over the garage guest apartment is all yours! Close to downtown Prescott headed northwest 7 miles (15 minutes) to a private gate. The gate opens and you’re in the National Forest where your retreat begins! Inside is a comfy cal-king bed, full kitchen and bath, laundry, two eating areas, two sitting areas, desk, pellet stove, mini-split heat and cool. You cannot book this apartment automatically. You must communicate direct with the owner. Non smoking, non-drinking guests.

The Painted Lady

This 950 square foot bungalow - newly renovated - is set into our beautiful, peaceful ranch/meadow surroundings. It is fully equipped for self-catering with kitchen/dining area. Spacious open-space style (see photos), with large porch, a beautiful pool, hot tub, barn with hens, mini donkeys, and 2 llamas, and our two beloved Golden Retrievers. We are only 25 minutes from downtown Prescott with all its amenities, and then back home to the quiet, and amazing starry skies of Skull Valley.

Maison d’Amis is located on a 3-acre ranch in Skull Valley Az, 15 mins outside of Prescott. Surrounded by the Prescott National Forest, with hiking trails, riding trails (horse & motor). Downstairs is an open floor plan, with bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, wood burning fireplace, smart tv, wifi, heat and air conditioning and laundry .The large sleeping loft is just up a spiral staircase. Price is for two guests. Addtl guests extra. Safari Cabin is next door and sleeps 2. .

Designed by noted architect George Christensen, this is a rustic retreat in town, close to hiking in the Prescott National Forrest. Located next to the historic Mountain Club, the cabin is a quick drive to downtown. Note, there is only room to park one/two cars at the cabin; additional parking available on a lot on White Spar Rd. Our cabin is pet-friendly for a one time $80 fee. The logs make the cabin dusty so those with allergies can be bothered. You must climb stairs to enter.
