Welcome to our villa apartment, where we have cared for details and coziness. The apartment is furnished on the 1st floor of our villa with room for 3 (4) guests. Our family lives on the ground floor. The apartment consists of one large room, with a nice double bed, a sofa bed, nice kitchen, a large bathroom and a large balcony. Our house is located in Bagsværd, 12 km from Copenhagen C, close to North Zealand. The bus runs right outside the door - 15 min walk to S-train - and the possibility to park for free by the sidewalk.

Only 15 minutes from Copenhagen, 5 minutes from scenic areas and in the middle of delicious urban harbour style with street food, restaurants, ice cream, harbor baths and good vibes, you have the opportunity to live on a beautiful Danish hand-built boat and experience life on water, where the evening sun can be enjoyed overlooking the Øresund. If you want, it is possible to buy a trip, including captain, with the boat to ex Copenhagen harbor, Flakfortet, Hven or similar. It is not possible to book the boat to sail yourself.

The house is located in a quiet and culturally protected area of central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge and costs SEK2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple live in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed as well as two living rooms, of which in one is a sofa bed. The courtyard is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.

Close to forest and beach, Charll forest, Dyrehaven etc. PS: The bed is 140x200 cm, with a large double duvet. PPS: And of course, no smoking in my apartment. Not sure where else to write it :)
