You will have your own entrance to the apartment. From the bedroom entrance to the TV room/kitchenette with the possibility of sleeping 2 people on the sofa bed. From the TV room, there is access to a private bathroom/toilet. There will be the opportunity to store things in a refrigerator with a small freezer. There is an electric kettle so you can make coffee and tea. In the kitchenette, there is 1 mobile hot plate and 2 small pots as well as 1 oven No frying in the room. Bring the whole family to this amazing house with plenty of room for fun and enjoyment. Our house is located on a quiet residential road close to shopping, sports and nature + close to Givskud Zoo (8 km) and Legoland (25 km). In the house there are three rooms, a large kitchen, a large living room with a wood-burning stove and a bathroom. In the hallway there is a washing machine, dryer and cabinet freezer. In the garden, there is a large covered terrace with barbecue, outdoor shower, trampoline, playhouse, swing set, fireplace and a cozy shelter.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

From here, views of Vejle Fjord, Bølgen and Vejle city. 10 minutes' walk to the city center. In the apartment's large kitchen/living room, there are beautiful windows and access to one of the apartment's two balconies overlooking the fjord. The apartment's other balcony has evening sun and views towards the city. Both bathrooms have a shower and underfloor heating. There is an elevator and free parking.

The area is ideal for hiking and biking. A few minutes walking from the house there are big forest- and lake areas such as Kongens Kær. There are also walk paths to Vejle city centre.

Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Her prioriteres ude-livet og derfor er der ikke TV i boligen (forældre takker os) Kom og oplev den landlige idyl og ro og hils på gårdens dyr.

Tæt på Legoland, Legohouse og wowpark, Jelling, Givskud Zoo(løveparken) og handelsbyen Vejle. Hos os kan i hver morgen hente æg fra vores høns samt kæle med vores kat, Findus. Der er super skønne vandre- og mountainbike ruter i området
