Der er et værelse med dobbeltseng, køkken, eget badeværelse og en hyggelig stue med en arbejdsplads og internetadgang. Adgang til haven i skovbrynet og mulighed for gåtur i skoven. Gratis parkering og huset ligger 10 minutters gang fra busforbindelse til Århus centrum. Ingen adgang for kæledyr.
