You get your own kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom and if you have an electric car, you can charge it with us. The apartment has its own entrance to a beautiful garden with the possibility of both entertainment and relaxation. You will find everything from garden furniture, hammock and outdoor activities in the form of games and a trampoline. There are several cozy nooks that you are welcome to use, just as there is a Mexican fireplace and barbecue in the garden. Free parking in front of the house.

Relax in this beautiful gem in a very special English garden in a rural setting. The garden house is a tiny house that sleeps two people. There is a mini-fridge, a stovetop, an air fryer, an electric kettle, and basic kitchen items. Just like in a trailer or a glamping tent, you get water from the main house, where there is also a toilet and a shower. Enjoy the sunset over the field or settle down in one of the garden's many cozy spots. From here, it's 1.5 km to the top of Trehøje, and there are good swimming opportunities to the east, west, and south within a few kilometers.

On your way to the garden house, you have to go through our lovely garden, you can walk around our pond, enjoy all our beautiful flowers and plants, we won the garden company's garden prize 2024 The house is decorated with wood on the walls, small bathroom with shower, kitchen and direct access to the orangery where you are welcome to sit and enjoy or eat. The bed is in the loft, where there is a skylight window so you can enjoy the stars, the wilderness bath can be purchased if you wish and come here. Wine and tapas can be purchased

Gudenå Annex

Relax with the family in this peaceful home close to Gudenåen. We are a family of two adults and our 3 children, aged 2-8, who rent out our extra guest house/annex in the garden. You will enter our private garden and, during your stay with us, will share the garden with us as a common area. There is also the possibility that you can be a little more private, as you will have your own terrace attached to the annex. Of course, we respect if you want it more private, but playing children in the garden can occur.😊

Here you will find beautiful nature in the backyard, but it is still only 15 minutes from Aarhus city center by car or 20 minutes by bike. If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗
