This beautiful room located on a wooded acreage on the Central Coast has its own private entrance and bathroom. It is down the street from Old Town Orcutt with fabulous shopping and dining. Just off US-101, we are 25 minutes from Pismo Beach and Solvang, and close to several wineries. Relax in the whirlpool bathtub or explore the trails adjacent to the property. Includes coffee and tea maker, microwave, refrigerator, shower, walk-in closet, TV and Wi-Fi. Deer frequent the property almost daily.

Cozy cottage in Arroyo Grande. We live on five acres and have several farm animals, including two dairy cows, pigs, chickens and geese. Our cottage stands alone and is independent of the main house. Eagle Creek Ranch 1/2 Block from Bell Street

Eagle Creek Ranch is my special place. I fell in love with it and I knew it was for me. I continue to pour my heart into the property and I love to share with others. The wifi is good. Several times a year it might be out for a few hours or so . There is ample parking. You might see the resident bobcat and fox through every day. You’re a 10 second walk from downtown Bell Street. Freeway, east of property, can be heard on north side of house only. Small gatherings allowed (w/ permission).
