Here you will find a nice bright studio apartment. The gable sides are glazed and each equipped with a balcony. In the middle of the apartment there are an additional 10 skylights that provide a pleasant living environment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin with rain shower, sink with mirror and toilet. A bed 140/200 and a sofa bed are available for sleeping. The bed is visually separated from the rest of the room by a thread curtain. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ever need. The cooking and dining area is immediately adjacent to the cozy TV corner and also the reading corner.

Nature-oriented vacation in the Austrian mountains The SEPP holiday home is surrounded by old farmhouses, single-family houses as well as meadows and fields - in a particularly quiet location on the edge of the Hohe Tauern National Park. It is the ideal starting point for over 300 km of hiking trails and alpine climbs in the Rauris Valley – one of the most beautiful hiking areas in the Salzburg region. Here you can enjoy peace, privacy and proximity to nature – perfect for a relaxing break or an active vacation in the mountains.

You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

Many destinations can be reached by public transport with their guest card free of charge. Bus stop in the immediate vicinity. Just 2 km away is Lake Thumsee, one of the most beautiful bathing lakes in the Berchtesgadener Land.

A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

In addition, the chocolate factory, the Schellenberg Ice Cave, the Anif Forest Bath and Königsseeache are just a stone's throw away. The location is the optimal combination for nature and culture lovers.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

The other tourist highlights such as Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Hallstatt, Salzkammergut and Lake Chiemsee can also be reached quickly by car. Unfortunately, the connection to public transport is poor. Hikes and bike tours can be taken directly from the apartment.
