The sunny, bright granny flat is on the ground floor on the southwest side of an organic wooden house with a wooden veranda to the south and west side, with outdoor seating and an associated private garden. In the cozy atmosphere of the wooden house with a healthy indoor climate and quiet location, you can feel comfortable and relax. The sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can be converted into another single or double bed (2 m by 2 m). In addition, a crib and high chair are available on request.

Auf ca. 68 qm findest Du alles für eine kleine Auszeit oder einen ausgedehnten Wander- oder Fahrrad Urlaub. Beginne Deinen Tag mit einem Frühstück auf dem voll möblierten Balkon, oder lasse ihn auf dem Liegestuhl im Gemeinschaftsgarten ausklingen. Small apartment with bedroom and living room as well as modern bathroom. The house was completed in October 2018 according to the latest standards. With free and fast Wi-Fi (200Mbit/s), underfloor heating, digital HD TV and modern kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. An e-charging station with ecological solar power for your e-vehicle can be used for a fee. Please note that there is an additional tourist tax of €1.10 (adult) and €0.55 (children from 6 years) per night.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Our apartment is a 3-minute walk from Traunsteiner train station, in a quiet location, 5 minutes from the city center, with nice cafes and shops. Shopping for your everyday needs are also a few minutes away. The apartment has its own entrance, room with double bed as well as single bed, which can be used as a sofa if not needed; small kitchen with all the necessary utensils... in case you need something and it is not there, just let me know
