The Platt Park area is one of the city's most desirable neighborhoods with Pearl Street's restaurants, shops, coffee, & even a local brewery one block away! Easy access to DTC, Washington Park, the freeway, public transit & downtown.

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. The basement plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.
