Some Noise will be heard throughout the day. there is an office in the basement that will be used. no smoking in the house or pets permitted

The perfect countryside place to unplug (though TV and WiFi are available), cook out and relax by the fire. A combination of a rustic natural setting and your well-earned comforts. The Tiny sleeps three -- 2 in the lofted queen and 1 smaller person on the futon-style couch. AWD or 4WD will be needed in winter in the event of significant snow!
