Host will consider 3-6 month stays with a signed lease. Off-street parking, wifi, tv in bedroom & living room with Hulu, Netflix, Youtube Tv, and Amazon Prime. Echo speaker for music and to control temperature. Access to washer/dryer and backyard. Basement apt, does not have a kitchen, but includes mini fridge & microwave.
