The apartment is located in Sessarego, a small town 5 minutes by car from Bogliasco. In the house, there is a staircase to climb so it is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. The car is left in the parking lot upon arrival in the town then you continue on foot about 200 meters. The highway passes nearby so you can hear some noise. From here you can visit the beautiful seaside resorts such as Portofino, Santa Margherita Rapallo 5terre. Typical trattoria near the house. I recommend coming by car.

From the house and garden you can enjoy a beautiful view of the entire Gulf of Paradise. The home has an outdoor space to read, eat, and barbecue. The sea is a 10-minute walk down; you can leave for several excursions from home. The distance from the center of Genoa is about 30 minutes by car. Train and bus stops are 10 minutes away
