Enjoy the Jacuzzi (at an additional cost). Outdoor grill. 45 minutes from Disney! 10 minutes from Wekiva Springs State Park! 20 minutes from Orlando Regional and Florida Hospital Downtown! The guest house may not be best for elder or handicapped individuals. There are a few steps you must navigate to enter the guest house.

Share the quiet backyard and pool with your hosts. Half was between Disney & the beaches. 12 years & older only. Sofa extends to a single bed. Minutes from Interstate-4. NOT a heated pool. Wheelchairs are fine. Driveway Entry gate 39"- Breezeway to Ramp entrance 32"- Slider Entrance 33"-Bedroom door 35"-Shower (no step) 35"-Laundry 32"-Closet 35"-Queen bed 29"-standard cabinets. We are not Handicap Certified but most wheelchair guests have not had issues. Grab bars are in the bathroom.

Be right in the middle of it all! Our newly built, cozy guest house is ideal for 2, but can host 4 guests. Only steps from restaurants, breweries, and bars. Perfect for a weekend getaway to Historic Downtown Sanford, but also comfortable for a longer stay. Keep in mind though, the house is small, so 4 adults in the space might feel a bit tight, and access to the bathroom is through the main bedroom. Kitchenette w/ mini fridge, countertop stovetop + microwave. High speed Internet + SmartTV.
