The house "Eintracht" is located on Wilhelmstraße, the promenade road Sellins and is only two minutes (150 meters) from the main beach and the famous Selliner Seebrücke (see local map). It is built in the typical style of spa architecture at the beginning of the 20th century and was completely renovated in 2000. In the house is the comfortable and modernly equipped apartment. There are bistros, restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity. You can also buy your breakfast rolls there fresh in the morning. If available, you can also use our bicycles free of charge - this can be arranged directly via house telephone with our house managers Mr. Meyer and Ms. Leuschner. This apartment for max 4 people (35 sqm + 6 sqm balcony) consists of a living room/bedroom with built-in kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. A small warning: The apartment is possible for 4 people. However, it is ideal for 2 people. When the sofa bed is unfolded, it gets pretty tight. But the decision is up to you. ;-) The apartment is on the 2nd floor. The kitchen is fully equipped (e.g. with coffee machine, toaster, stove and oven). A cozy dining area is connected to the kitchenette. Furthermore, in the living room there is a double sofa bed, an armchair and a coffee table, TV and radio are of course also available. The special highlight of the apartment is the small protected balcony that catches the afternoon sun and in spring and summer becomes an open-air living room where you have an overview of the entire promenade street. Therefore, unfortunately, animals are not welcome. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

The parking is right by the house. The tourist tax is 1,50 € / day / adult in the main season, otherwise 1,00 €.
