The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Dear guests. Welcome to the cottage from 2021, which meets all the needs for a wonderful holiday all year round with peace, beauty, nature, sandy beach, walks and sun. The house is located in a hilly glacial landscape at 40 meters height on a beautifully planted and sunlit plot, where the wild animals visit the plot early in the morning and when the sun sets in Sejerøbugten, and the birdsong is silenced when darkness falls. From the grounds you can glimpse the sea, and there is a short walk to the amazing stone-free sandy beach.

Only 1 km from the popular harbor town of Ballen with many restaurants and shops. The cottage has its own kitchen, bathroom and terrace with garden furniture. Duvets and pillows are included. Bed linen and towels can be rented for DKK 75 per person per stay or you can bring your own. Perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea with plenty of activities.

The little house is easily heated with the amazing little wood stove, and well insulated. You find the equipped kitchen and bathroom is in the facility house next by. The facility house has a cosy heated kitchen & living room. It’s reachable by car, direct bus, or public transport from Copenhagen as well as Aarhus 1,5 hours. The garden is home to lizards and is planted with lots of different rose bushes that give the most wonderful scent in the summer. On the windless days, you can hear the flapping of the birds' wings and if you listen carefully you can also hear the porpoises that swim past along the coast in the evening hours.

The area is natural and quiet, and is known for having one of the most beautiful sunsets, as well as wildlife that brings the wild animals close by. The cottage is only 200 meters from the beach where there is lovely bathing water. 50 meters down the beach there is also a bathing bridge.
