Here you will find a nice bright studio apartment. The gable sides are glazed and each equipped with a balcony. In the middle of the apartment there are an additional 10 skylights that provide a pleasant living environment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin with rain shower, sink with mirror and toilet. A bed 140/200 and a sofa bed are available for sleeping. The bed is visually separated from the rest of the room by a thread curtain. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ever need. The cooking and dining area is immediately adjacent to the cozy TV corner and also the reading corner.

Our accommodation is located between Lake Chiemsee and the Alps, Salzburg and Munich. You can explore Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve nearby via wonderful cycling and hiking trails. Good bus and train connections. Not far from Salzburg and Munich! Welcome to our modern and newly built 2-room basement apartment, perfect for guests looking for modern living comfort and tranquility. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished with a lot of love for detail. It also has a private terrace. NOTE: The apartment is not barrier-free! The entrance to the apartment leads through a staircase. The apartment is located in a rural area 5 minutes by car from Wasserburg am Inn. There is private parking right in front of the apartment.
