MYSTAY 65m2 Stylish and Cosy 2-Room Apartment

Our newly built - and equipped apartment house is located in the Köpenick - Treptow district of Berlin, in the Müggelheim sub-district, in the immediate vicinity of the large and small Müggelsee(lakes), the Müggelberge(hills) - surrounded by forests and meadows. Close to the city and yet in a quiet location, there are various options for organizing leisure time. You can reach swimming lakes, zoo, shopping opportunities, discount stores, restaurants and much more in a short period of time, whether mobile or by public transport. It doesn't take long, but you can also relax on the terrace in the garden. The total living space is 65 m² (maximum possible occupancy with a total booking of 4 people) with separate access. The apartment has a separate bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with stove; oven; nespresso coffee machine; Dishwasher; Washing machine; Fridge and freezer. The bedroom is equipped with a double box spring bed (180cm) and accessible cupboards, all rooms have underfloor heating in colder temperatures, regardless of the weather. You can also watch TV on a Smart TV via TV. WiFi is included. Bed linen and towels to make you feel good are of course also included. The bathrooms have, depending on the case, a shower; Vanity; enough storage space; as well as a hair dryer. Check-In is untill 21.00 (9pm). Tiny house on the outskirts of Berlin

A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake... and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself... so everything is made with love... but every now and then something crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself. If guests are there, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the go... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are at the door... for city trips I can offer professional dog care... (had a dog boarding house before).

The detached holiday home (approx. 70 square meters) with 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, a large terrace and private garden is located in an idyllic, quiet forest edge location in Schulzendorf and is the ideal starting point for activities in Berlin and Brandenburg (e.g. Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald). In summer, the swimming lawn at Lake Zeuthen and the outdoor pool at Lake Miersdorf invite you to swim. Restaurants and shopping facilities are located in the town centers of Schulzendorf, Eichwalde and Zeuthen.

Our house is a beautiful city villa close to the water and nature - all to yourself. The 6-room city villa, which is quite spacious at 180 m², was built by us for you/us and is equipped to a high standard. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (each with toilet and walk-in shower, the master bathroom also has a bathtub), garden & terrace, eat-in kitchen with cooking island and fireplace, TV, washing machine/dryer, is close to the water and surrounded by lots of nature. Minimum: 2 nights. No JGA/party

Up to four people will find sufficient space on 30 m² and with the well-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and fireplace, no wishes should remain unfulfilled. Our vacation bungalows B1 and B2 are located on a large, quiet property on the banks of the Müggelspree. Both are identical in terms of floor plan and amenities and meet above-average standards. They are easily accessible by car and public transport. There are many parking spaces on the premises. Various shops and restaurants are nearby. For relaxation and sports, garden furniture, play equipment, bikes and paddle boats can be used free of charge. And Berlin City is very close!

Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. The Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.

Künstlerhaus Zernsdorf - Berlin

Former artists' house near Berlin: Our house with a large garden was built in the early 1930s (URL HIDDEN) and is almost in its original condition and radiates a bright and warm atmosphere through the use of ecological building materials and colors. The furnishings are simple and personal. Within walking distance of the house is our lake with 2 very nice swimming spots. The Spreewald Biosphere Reserve, the Schlaubetal and Berlin are about 1 hour away.
