The water property with about 50 meters of waterfront is located on the small Zechiner See, the southern part of the Mecklenburg Lake District and is connected to the main waterway Baltic Sea - Berlin.

Far away from all the hustle and bustle. Start right at the house with the in-house kayak or with the battery boat in the solitude of your surroundings. Fish for your dinner behind the house. Jump into the water immediately after the sauna, how and when you want.

Der Schwarzer See darf nur mit Elektrobooten befahren werden und die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit befindet sich im 5 km entfernten Mirow. 2 SUPs für je 15€/Tag können gebucht werden.

Peace, sauna, forest walks, lakes and relaxation! We rent our natural property near Rheinsberg - almost 100 km from Berlin. There are two cozy houses (6 and 4 beds) that can be rented individually or together by families or friends. The property is quietly located on the edge of a small village. It is surrounded by dense forests and at least 7 lakes nearby. There are chickens, fresh eggs, tranquility, a wooden sauna with a bucket and stunning views over the alder forest.
