You'll love our Lydi-Hütt' because of the location, because of the little something extra, and the surroundings of our beautiful Vogelsberg. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, families (with kids), and dogs. The renovated half-timbered house is located in the hamlet of Schmitten. A hamlet is a very small residential development with approx. 10 houses. Pure idyll.

The apartment is located in a quiet location in the Büdingen district of Rohrbach, between Büdingen and the Keltenwelt am Glauberg. The ski lift is a 5-minute drive away. In summer you can walk in the river and cool your feet. On the farm you can experience the smell of hay and the sound of horses' hooves up close.

This small, approx. 50 sqm granny apartment is located on the outskirts of Schotten, on the edge of the Vogelsberg/Hoherodskopf. Here you can go hiking or cycling perfectly. Shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has one bedroom (bed 2 × 2 m)/bathroom/kitchen-living room and a small covered terrace. A parking space is right by the house. Bicycles can be parked on/next to the terrace and charged if needed.

All rooms with kitchen and bathroom can be fully used. In the vicinity you will find great hiking routes, reservoirs, Europe's largest extinguished volcano and even a swimming pool nearby on foot. A thermal bath with salt cave is 13 km away (Bad Salzhausen).
